He defined social dialogue as a permanent construction, an ongoing negotiation between the state and its employers. He equally added that decent work is built on four essential pillars; it’s championed by the government, aligned with international standards, includes the promotion of employment, guarantees rights at work, social protection, and the reinforcement of social dialogue.

The first session was led by NGANGUE Adrienne Flore epse TASSE, the Regional Labour Inspector for the Center Region, who provided valuable insights into creating a more harmonious work environment. It was centered on two themes; Social Dialogue and Decent Work which were explored as essential factors for peace, national cohesion, and the economic prosperity of the enterprise.
On the other hand, MEDOU Pierre Victor; Regional Labour Inspector for the Center Head of the Labour Section at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), exposed on Administrative Ethics and Deontology. His presentation outlined the legal framework and professional obligations that ensure the integrity and efficiency of an administrative process. As part of its principles to ensure decent work in the establishment, the General Directorate has ensured the creation of committee among which is the ensurance of decent work, and above all a safe one.

At the end, the trainers emphasized on the fact that, social peace a collective achievement. It requires the permanent revitalization of dialogue at all levels; from the National Labour Advisory Board down to the smallest enterprise.
