The Board of Directors of the HPSF is made up of a Board Chairman appointed by a Decree of the President of the Republic, and nine members.

These include:

• 01 representative of the Presidency of the Republic ;

• 01 representative of the Prime Minister's Offifice;

• 01 representative of the Ministry of Finance;

• 01 representative of the Ministry in charge of Energy;

• 01 representative of the Ministry in charge of Trade;

• 01 representative of the National Hydrocarbons Corporation SNH;

• 01 representative of the National Refifining Company (SONARA);

• 01 representative of the Cameroon Company of Petroleum Depots (SCDP);

• 01 representative of the Group of Oil Professionals (GOP).

 

To fulfil the role of supervisory body, an auditor is appointed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. The latter is appointed to the HPSF by a decision of the Minister of Finance.
